I was thrilled to wake up to a breathtaking view of a historical castle right from my room. The illuminated castle at night was simply magical. The staff, especially Hiroshi at the front desk and Ryoko the concierge, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The location was convenient, with various dining options within walking distance and a shuttle bus to Nagoya Station. The Castle Fitness Club was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its great view, good location, and personable service.

Great view from the hotel room. The perfect sight to enjoy during breakfast and at night. , its shuttle service to the nearest train station is very convenient. Plus, it has free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
It's located in an isolated area, which means there aren't many options for restaurants and bars around. If you're looking for places to go out and enjoy your night, it might not be the best place.

The hotel's proximity to a major tourist attraction provided breathtaking views. the room was clean and comfortable with ample space. the staff was accommodating and made every effort to help guests.
The hotel is not conveniently located, making it hard to get to other attractions. the amenities were average, with the swimming pool in particular being a letdown.

The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the large king size bed with four pillows. The bathroom was well-stocked and had a pleasant shower. The location was great for sightseeing, within walking distance of the castle and a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing access to their lounge and fitness center.
